Nathan Black is the twenty-two year old manager of Rosewood Farm, the 120-acre working farm and retreat center in south central Virginia that Nathan and his parents Dave and Becky Lynn Black have been working to establish for the past five years. Nathan is a self-taught farmer, one who has spent eight years learning from and working with older men in his rural community to develop the myriad skills and extensive knowledge needed to create and run a healthy and vibrant farm.

Join us for some plain talk about the creation of Rosewood Farm, the challenges facing outsiders who want to become part of an established community, and the goodness of farm life as an environment for raising a godly family.
