Banjo camper Don W from Arkansas asks:

How about a list of “What to Play at the (fill in the blank…retirement home, kindergarten, etc) When You First Play in Public and Nobody Will Pay Much but They’re Grateful Anyway”.  At this year’s Intermediate Banjo Camp, you rattled off a list of songs, many of which are not on the standard let’s-learn-this-bluegrass-tune list.

Don,

Ballad of Jed Clampett

Cripple Creek

You Are My Sunshine

Home on the Range

Good Old Mountain Dew (not for kids!)

This Land Is Your Land

Worried Man Blues

Thanks for the suggestion,

Pete
